Heidi Rhea is the owner and founder of T.H.R.M. and comes from an extensive production background in the film and advertising industry. She and her family have been in the Telluride area for over 12 years, during that time Heidi has been involved in the development of a 320-acre ranch project, design and construction of spec homes, and management of both commercial and residential properties.

Consistent, focused, and driven, Heidi's background as a producer of 18 years in the advertising industry has refined her abilities to be well planned and deliberate, always delivering above expectation. Her sense for attracting talented people along with her always cheerful nature and communication skills, have earned her many friends and happy clients.

Randy Halford is a partner in T.H.R.M. and has over 20 years of client service and project management experience.

As a partner he works closely with Heidi in making sure all your property needs are taken care of.

In addition he is a certified Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers and available to help manage your local cellar and help in choosing and sourcing wine and spirits while you are in Telluride.
